Having searched for 5 years or so in France,Spain etc for a second home and having been bitterly disappointed in what we saw and the prices being asked, my wife and İ decided to look at Turkey (a place we had never been to or even considered) We booked a 2 week holiday in Altinkum. We have bought a New Build to order 3 bedroom semi-detached Villa in Altinkum from ATC Homes in August 2007. Mr Ergun Kilic (Eric) looked after us all the way through our search for the right house after we told him what we wanted. He did not rush or pressure us and made sure we got the best deal with the builder. He also made sure all the other legal issues were dealt with swiftly allowing us to continue our holiday stress free.

We have already bought a 2 Bedroom Apartment in 2004 in Altinkum from another estate agent so we knew what the process was from looking, to signing and obtaining the deeds for the property. The most important part is the after sales which can often be non existent. Because of the commitment we have seen from ATC to other customers we are sure that we will get the After sales service equal to the Presales service we received.

We have known Eric and his family since eating in the family restaurant “A Touch of Class” in 2005 and have made it our favoured place to eat every time we are in Altinkum.

WE would highly recommend anyone and have done in the past to our friends and family, to contact Ergun at “A Touch of Class” first. You could try looking around but could end up hoping you have made the correct choice only to find that the one you have chosen is no different from the rest, all promise and no action.

Having been to Altinkum many times on holiday I was toying with the idea of purchasing property for a few years. However I had never found the right estate agent to go through until I met Ergun from ATC Homes. I was very specific about the type of property I wanted and he showed me properties that matched my requirements exactly. He made the buying process very easy and he always stayed in touch all the time via email or phone. Even after the purchase of the property, Ergun was still there to help with furnishing, electric and water connection and any other needs I had. I know that this is more than a job to him, he really does care about his clients and it really does put you at ease so that you can enjoy your property.

I only wish that I had met Ergun earlier and bought a property years ago.
